GENERAL

PARAGRAPH 22 A EOOD is a media company that owns and manages several dozen Internet projects. The protection of personal data is a responsibility to which we pay very serious attention, which is why, with this Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy, we respect privacy and strictly observe the efforts to protect against unauthorized processing of personal data of individuals as a complex and continuous process.

This document contains information regarding the processing of personal data, the types of personal data that are collected, the purpose of using the collected personal data, the access of third parties to this data, the security measures that are taken in relation to the collected personal data. , as well as the rights that individuals have in connection with the use of the data provided by them. All personal data is collected, processed, and destroyed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter the Regulation) and the legislation related to security and protection of information in the Republic of Bulgaria.

ACTION ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

“Paragraph 22 A” EOOD, in its capacity of the personal data controller, lays down the necessary regulations according to the current legislation in order to guarantee the security of the sites managed by the company. The data that is presented to the company as a personal data controller is protected by SSL (secure socket layer) technology. SSL is a standard method of encrypting personal data so that it can be securely transferred over the Internet.

The password that users provide when registering on the websites operated by the company is encrypted to provide protection against unauthorized access to their personal information.

Maintaining the confidentiality of users’ personal information is of the highest priority, which is why the company restricts access to it only to those employees of “Paragraph 22 A” EOOD who must come into contact with it in order to perform their functions and enable the services provided by the company to be correctly offered to the consumer. “Paragraph 22 A” Ltd. will keep the information about the user confidential, except when its disclosure is required by law or for technical purposes.

Paragraph 22 A EOOD stores the personal information of the users for as long as necessary, according to the current legislation in the EU, in order to ensure the effective functioning of the websites managed by the company. In general, we store the user’s personal data as long as his account exists on a site or until the user explicitly wishes his data to be deleted. The information provided and collected by users is not and will not be provided for use to anyone for consideration without the personal consent of the user.

Provision of information may be made in case of a request in due order by the respective state bodies and institutions, in order and in cases determined by the current Bulgarian legislation.

“Paragraph 22 A” EOOD, in its capacity of Personal Data Administrator, makes every effort to protect the personal data of its users, but nevertheless, when sharing information on the Internet, users should keep in mind that the transmission of information the internet can never be completely secure, and that security cannot be fully guaranteed.

RIGHTS AND OPPORTUNITIES OF USERS IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROCESSING OF THEIR PERSONAL DATA

The users of services provided by “Paragraph 22 A” EOOD have certain rights, according to the applicable legislation regarding the personal data that the company stores, namely:

Each user has the right to request access and receive information regarding the personal data stored about him, as well as information concerning the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients to whom it is possible to disclose their personal data.

Every user has the right at any time to request the correction of inaccurate data related to him, as well as the addition of incomplete data if this is appropriate and/or necessary in view of the purpose for which the data are processed.

At any time, a user may withdraw his consent to the use of his personal data, which he has previously provided.

If a user deems that he does not want “Paragraph 22 A” EOOD to process his personal data, he has the right to be “forgotten”, ie. may request at any time that his personal data be deleted in the presence of any of the following circumstances:

Personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.

In case the user has withdrawn his consent to the processing of his personal data.

If the user’s personal data is processed illegally.

In case the user has objected to the processing of his personal data.

Other cases provided for in the legislation governing the protection of personal data.

In many cases, the user has the right to request instead of deleting the data a restriction on the processing of his personal data.

Right to object to “Paragraph 22 A” EOOD against the processing of personal data of a user in the presence of legal grounds for this.

All of the above rights can be exercised by submitting a written application in free form to [email protected], sent from the user’s registration email address, containing at least the following:

Username, email, and other data to identify the individual

Description of the request in free text.

Specify the domain of the site to which this request applies.

The preferred form for providing information.

If a data subject wishes to be “forgotten” and his or her personal data is deleted, this is an irreversible process and cannot be recovered.

In the cases of exercising the rights under Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, regulating the right to deletion (“the right to be forgotten”), “Paragraph 22 A” EOOD deletes only the personal data of the subject, but not of publicly available publications that the data subject has made in forums, comments to publications and articles on the company’s websites, posts, and blogs.

Submitting an application to “Paragraph 22 A” Ltd. is completely free. The term for consideration of the application is one month, as of the date of receipt of the application by the company.

In addition to the above rights, “Paragraph 22 A” Ltd. gives users the right to make some changes in connection with the processing of their personal data, namely:

Each user can edit and delete personal data in their user profile, which is not mandatory for the use of the site and does not want to be made public.

Each user can manage their subscription preferences from their profile settings, as well as opt-out of receiving a specific email newsletter by selecting the unsubscribe option at the end of each email.

TERMS USED

‘Personal data’ means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is an identifiable person, directly or indirectly, in particular by means of an identifier such as name, identification number, location data, online identifier or one or more features specific to the natural person, the physiological, genetic, mental and intellectual, economic, cultural or social identity of that individual.

“Data subject” is a natural person who is identified or could be identified on the basis of certain information representing personal data of the same.

“Processing” means any operation or set of operations carried out with personal data or a set of personal data by automatic or other means such as collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, retrieving, consulting, using, disclosing, disseminating or otherwise providing access to data, arranging or combining, restricting, deleting or destroying.

“Administrator” means the competent authority which alone or jointly with other authorities determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data, where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by European Union law or the law of the Republic of Bulgaria, the controller or its specific criteria. Тhe determination may be established in European Union law or in national law. In the present case, the Administrator of personal data is “Paragraph 22 A” EOOD.

“Processor of personal data” means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or any other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.

“Processor of personal data” means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or any other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.

“Data access person” means any person acting under the direction of the controller or the processor who has access to personal data may process them only on the instructions of the controller unless otherwise provided by law.

“Provision of personal data” are actions for complete or partial transfer of personal data from one controller to another or to a third party on the territory of the country or abroad.

“Confidentiality” is a requirement not to disclose the personal data of unauthorized persons in the process of their processing.

PARAGRAPH 22 A EOOD collects and processes personal data using some of the websites owned and/or managed by the company. The personal data that are processed by “PARAGRAPH 22 A” Ltd. are provided directly by users, individuals, or are collected automatically.

The legal basis on the basis of which “PARAGRAPH 22 A” EOOD personal data is Art. 6, vol. 1, p. And of the Regulation, namely the case in which the data subject has consented to the processing of his personal data for one or more specific purposes. In relation to the objectives listed below, users should give their explicit consent to each individual objective by ticking the box (CheckBox), which appears as a square box with accompanying text. When a choice is made, a checkmark appears in the box, which represents the consent given by the user for his personal data to be processed by “PARAGRAPH 22 A” EOOD. When no selection is made, the check box is blank. The consent described above is a mandatory prerequisite for registration on the site, managed by “PARAGRAPH 22 A” Ltd.

PERSONAL DATA PROVIDED BY INDIVIDUALS

Personal data provided directly by individuals are processed and used for the purposes set out in this Privacy and Data Protection Policy. The provision of personal data is not a mandatory condition for the use of the websites unless users wish to make a voluntary registration.

Personal data that we collect from users, individuals, when making a voluntary registration are a name and surname, date of birth, e-mail, contact phone number, and other data, depending on the website where the individual wishes to register (individualizes). “PARAGRAPH 22 A” Ltd. collects other information that users can provide voluntarily, at their discretion, and its provision is not a prerequisite for registration of an account on the site, managed by the company administrator of personal data. This information does not identify individuals (eg hobbies, hobbies, interests), but is kept at the request of the latter in order to present them to other users of the site. The same data can be corrected or deleted at any time by the respective user. It should be borne in mind by users that providing publicly personal information on the sites of “PARAGRAPH 22 A” Ltd., the same can be seen by other users of the same sites and the personal data administrator “PARAGRAPH 22 A” Ltd. will not be able to prevent its further use by them.

USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA

PARAGRAPH 22 A Ltd. uses social media to promote its activities, products, and services, as well as to advertise, improve and administer its own services.

Integration with social media plugins. An integrated social media plugin is integrated into the sites managed by “PARAGRAPH 22 A” EOOD, which means that when a user clicks on one of these virtual buttons (for example, the “like” button on Facebook) part of the user’s personal data is shared with the provider of the respective social media. If the user is currently signed in to their account on the relevant social media, the provider of the same media can link this information to the relevant account and display it, making it visible to other users to whom the account is associated.

Other services and functions related to social media. PARAGRAPH 22 EOOD may integrate other social media services (such as social media messages) through which users can communicate with the company or with each other in connection with the services provided by the company. It is possible for the company, a data administrator, to maintain social media accounts and offer applications on various social media sites. Every time a user connects to the company’s website via social media, the provider of the latter could allow the user to share information with “PARAGRAPH 22 A” Ltd. If the user chooses to share, he will be generally informed by the provider what information will be shared. For example, when a user logs in to their account via their social media account, certain information (as permitted by the social media provider) may be shared with the personal data controller company. This may include the user’s address, age, or profile photos saved in their account.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

When a user visits one of our web pages, the Administrator’s web server automatically recognizes and collects the IP address that is assigned by the user’s ISP and does not personally identify him.

Summary information – Log Files – like many other sites we receive information from log files (a set of system information about the user): IP address; ISP (Internet Service Provider); the browser it uses when visiting a group site (such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Mozilla Firefox); the time he spent on a site and which pages on the site he visited. The information contained in these files includes:

Cookies: This is a small amount of information that the web server sends to the web browser, allowing the server to collect feedback from the browser. The user can choose to delete our or third-party cookies through the options of each browser. This may affect the interaction with our or another site.

“PARAGRAPH 22 A” Ltd. uses the following types of “cookies”:

  • Statistics cookies that anonymously remember the user’s computer or mobile device when he visits our websites. They track how we search and help us build an account of how our readers use the website. We may use this information to display advertisements that may be of particular interest to users of our and other websites.

“PARAGRAPH 22 A” Ltd. reserves the right to allow companies as a third party to display advertisements or collect information about our sites by saving information from cookies or web directories from the computer of the user.

Purposes of processing personal data of users:

“PARAGRAPH 22 A” Ltd. processes the personal data of users only for the purposes described below:

  • to register and manage the user profile, including to use services that require registration on our sites and communication with the user, including, but not limited to, the distribution of prizes in games, dispute resolution, and troubleshooting;
  • to measure and track statistical dependencies on consumer behavior on the websites of PARAGRAPH 22 A EOOD in order to improve our products;
  • to send the user a regular newsletter for which he is explicitly subscribed;
  • for marketing purposes related to the activities of the respective website;
  • to send marketing messages and information to third parties to the user when we have explicitly obtained consent.

IP address recognition and collection allows:

Disclosure of the identity of users in cases where this is necessary for compliance with the law, legal procedures or to comply with these conditions.

Analysis of traffic to sites and prevention of malicious attacks.

Show an ad related to the user’s location or service information such as the weather forecast, the location in which it is located, or the closest to it.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF PERSONS,

UNDER 16 YEARS OLD

As Data controllers, we understand the importance of taking additional measures to protect the privacy and safety of children. Guided by this, children under the age of 16 are not allowed to create profiles on sites managed by “Paragraph 22 A” Ltd. without the express consent of their parent/guardian. We will remove/delete any account created by a person under the age of 16 without the permission of a parent/guardian as soon as we are informed.
