If a data subject wishes to be “forgotten” and his or her personal data is deleted, this is an irreversible process and cannot be recovered.
In the cases of exercising the rights under Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, regulating the right to deletion (“the right to be forgotten”), “Paragraph 22 A” EOOD deletes only the personal data of the subject, but not of publicly available publications that the data subject has made in forums, comments to publications and articles on the company’s websites, posts, and blogs.
Submitting an application to “Paragraph 22 A” Ltd. is completely free. The term for consideration of the application is one month, as of the date of receipt of the application by the company.
In addition to the above rights, “Paragraph 22 A” Ltd. gives users the right to make some changes in connection with the processing of their personal data, namely:
Each user can edit and delete personal data in their user profile, which is not mandatory for the use of the site and does not want to be made public.
Each user can manage their subscription preferences from their profile settings, as well as opt-out of receiving a specific email newsletter by selecting the unsubscribe option at the end of each email.
